RETURN & CANCELLATION

As items are Made to order, cancellation is only accepted within the first 24hours after purchase.

 

Returns are only accepted due to defects, and must be shipped back within the first 5 days after it has been delivered. Please note that the item will be fixed and delivered back free of charge. Refunds are not possible.

As most items are made to order, Exchanges are not accepted. 

​

Incorrect Ring Sizing: Rings purchased on an incorrect size may be returned for any necessary adjustment for a fee starting at Sfr35.-. If you are buying a ring as a gift and is unsure of the correct size, you may request to have the fee added to the total amount at the time of purchase.

If you need assistance, please get in touch or follow the simple guidelines under Ring Sizing in order to determine your correct finger size. 

Any additional shipping costs are not covered by THAIZ JEWELLERY.

 

How to Return an Item: All items returned must be in new/unused condition. Prior to sending the package back, you MUST call or email. The customer may proceed with Return only after receiving a confirmation from THAIZ JEWELLERY. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

MAKE SURE PRIOR TO SEALING the package, or Air Mail Bubble envelope, that the jewellery is unable to shift around inside the jewellery box. Have the package sealed along all the edges and make sure it can not easily be opened. 

​

When the package is created, please send us the tracking number and make sure the item is insured when shipping back as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Upon receiving the package, the item will be inspected, and if everything looks good, we will issue you the full refund to you. Please note that any additional shipping costs are not covered by THAIZ JEWELLERY. If the item was damaged in anyway, you will be charged for the damages. Returned items may be subject up to 40% restocking charge IF the above-listed directions are not followed.

GUARANTEE & REPAIR SERVICES

Every item sold at THAIZ JEWELLERY does not come with a Guarantee.  However, any repair service needed due to malfunction is entirely covered by THAIZ JEWELLERY. The item in question will be first examined in order to determine whether the repair service is needed due to manufacturing defect or due to "Wear and Tear" damage. If that is the case, the costs for repairing the item are not covered by THAIZ JEWELLERY.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation. After that, please allow 2 to 4 days for your jewellery to be made, as most items are only Made to order! Pieces crafted with Gemstones might take up to a month to be made, as not every stone is held in stock and is specially ordered for each item.

You will receive a Notification E-mail with your Package Tracking Number once your item has been shipped. Our delivery service is handled by The Swiss Post. Once the package has crossed borders, it will be handled by the local postal office. Click here to track your Parcel.

Priority Domestic Shipping (within Switzerland) takes 1 to 2 working days. A possibility for picking up your item straight from the Workshop in Zürich is also available. Simply select "Atelier Pick Up" at checkout and the additional information will be then provided.

Priority International Shipping may take 2 to 15 working days, depending on the Country.  Shipping is Worldwide!

​

Any additional costs due to duties/taxes are NOT included in the Shipping costs and are to be paid by the customer.
