POLICIES & GUARANTEE

As your piece is only "Made to order" to keep it as special as possible, cancellation is only accepted within the first 24hours after purchase.

 

​As your jewellery was made only for you, it is not possible to have it exchanged.

Guarantee:  Each piece is crafted with care and thoroughly inspected before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. I will happily repair it and send it back to you free of charge. Please note that refunds are not available.

Ring Sizing: You can now order your very own ring sizer tool! From the comfort of your own home, you can now check your correct finger size and order your favourite ring stress and fear free. You may order it beforehand, or at the time of checkout, and I will send you the sizer first. Once you know your number, I will proceed with making the ring. Like this, you don't run the risk of not finding your ring online anymore.

If you are in doubt on which number to select, just send me a message and I will guide you through it.

If you already have your size but it is in a different system rather than US, you may check the Chart for an accurate number.

If you order a ring without a sizer and it does turn out too big or small (our fingers change with the years, heat, cold, time of day...) you can return it for resizing. Depending on the design, the resizing price starts at CHF 35.–.


Shopping for a gift? If you’re unsure of the correct size, you can add the resizing option to your order at checkout for peace of mind, ensuring your loved one gets the perfect fit afterwards.

How to send me your Jewellery: In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a defect, or if it requires repair later on due to normal wear and tear, you may return it to me:

  • For defects, the item must be in new and unused condition.

  • Before sending anything back, please contact me by phone or email. Repairs can only be accepted once you have received a confirmation.

  • Please select a delivery method that insures your Jewellery. At the Post office in Switzerland, simply select "A Post per Einschreiben". This allows you to track your piece at any time and check when I have received it. 

  • I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. If you prefer, you are always welcome to bring your jewellery personally to the studio.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation. After that, please allow 2 to 4 days for your jewellery to be made, as most items are only Made to order! Pieces crafted with Gemstones might take up to a month to be made, as not every stone is held in stock and is specially ordered for each item.

You will receive a Notification E-mail with your Package Tracking Number once your item has been shipped. Our delivery service is handled by The Swiss Post. Once the package has crossed borders, it will be handled by the local postal office. Click here to track your Parcel.

Priority Domestic Shipping (within Switzerland) takes 1 to 2 working days. A possibility for picking up your item straight from the Workshop in Zürich is also available. Simply select "Atelier Pick Up" at checkout and the additional information will be then provided.

Priority International Shipping may take 2 to 15 working days, depending on the Country.  Shipping is Worldwide!

Any additional costs due to duties/taxes are NOT included in the Shipping costs and are to be paid by the customer.
